UPDATED
MARCH 23, 2007.
Okay - just to let
you fine folks out there know - this page has been under construction
for quite some time. Actually, I had done a photo shoot around
my campfire and tent at a campground in Nova Scotia. But with
a film camera and no one on the other side of the lens directing
me, of course the shoot didn't turn out - my feet were cut off
(before the one was actaully cut off, as in amputation - sorry
for the bad pun), or the top of my head, etc. so I scrapped the
photos, and this page had remained unfinished - that is, until
now. I have now substituted "The Handi-Cap Workout"
in place of "The Campfire Workout". And of course, the
way things go, the program I created the button in is now gone
forever, so the button still says "Campfire Workout"
. Life happens. At any rate, "The Handi-Cap Workout"
is a self-photo shoot, this time digital (no person behind the
lens needed), with a Nikon D50. It was shot in my personal home
gym. Just substitute rocks instead of the free weights and voila!
you have a Campfire Workout.
